Friday Fun Day!

Dearest Followers (or the peoples that actually read my posts lmao),

I really hope that you are enjoying Spring time! I truly bloom during the warm summer months. I can't stand cold weather and that even goes for the Louisiana cold weather, which doesn't say much at all. I have a bad habit of not watching the news so of course I walked out of the house with a cute little summer dress on and flip flops only to realize when the door was open that it was 50 degrees outside. Are you freaking kidding me?! Oh well. I have packed all my winter stuff away already.

Anyways, I know I haven't posted in such a ridiculous amount of time and my blog layout/pictures are out of date to say the least. I am hoping that I can get all of that fixed this weekend and start posting more often. I have been so busy with work and family life that it really leaves no time at all for me to sit down and actually collect my thoughts enough to be able to type them up for a post.

I do still read my favorite blog(s) but mostly I just read my sister and mother-in-law's blogs so I can get all the details of their adventures.

My not so little Tater Man is growing to be a fine young man. He makes me and The Randolph (my hubby) so proud on a daily basis. Tater is getting so smart and independent that I am sad some days because I feel I may not remember all the little things that make him the great little guy he is today. I mean my little four-year-old makes sure to hold the door open for me and tells me "You first my lady!" I just melt. He is still a little thumb sucker and we have just come to grips that he will stop when he is ready.

In this long period of time we have had friends come and go out of our lives mostly because the get families of their own or they move far away. We've also made friends that have made such a huge impact on our lives. We are also still a family of three and I assume this is God's plan for us until he sees fit that we are ready for another bundle of joy. Our condo is still where we reside and it seems to get smaller by the day but hopefully that will change this year. Who really knows what life will bring?

I really hope that ya'll have a wonderful weekend. Here are a few up to date photos of our little family.

I pray

As we lay here on the pillow together; cheek to cheek

I pray that I that when my vision goes I will always remember just how liquid brown your eyes are and

I pray that I won’t forget how it feels when your eyelashes flutter I can feel a small breeze on my cheek and

I pray that one day when my hearing starts to leave me that I never forget just how sweet the sound of you sucking your thumb is and

I pray that when I get older and my hands don’t move so easily that I still remember just how good it felt to rub my hands through your hair just soft enough to put you too sleep and

I pray that when my memory gets faulty I don’t forget how you say “annanennoppee” instead of l, m, n, o, p; when you sing your abc’s and

I pray that I never forget how it feels when you give me sweet kisses on my forehead and

I pray that I don’t forget how soft your hands when they touch my cheek and

I pray…..

Blogger Fail

Its been such a long time since my last post. Sorry about that.

There have been weddings, baby showers, swim lessons, pregnancies, vacation planning, crafting, and painting, kickball league and much more going on in The Randolph Family life. I will try and get some pictures posted of each excursion.

I haven so terribly busy with my not-so-new job and life has been a little hectic with us trying to do remodels around the house and becoming debt free.

I am still reading all of you posts and I love watching your families grow. I hope you haven't forgotten about us!

May 2012 O'neal/Lee Wedding

To say it was gorgeous, amazing, or fun would be a serious understatement. It was a time where life stood still and Randolph and I were able to celebrate two of our very dear friends on one of the most precious times of their lives.

Houston was where it all went down......

My Sammy and Me!

Isn't he beautiful?!

Mr. and Mrs. O'neal

June 3rd....not too long after the wedding we celebrated our 6 year anniversary....I think?! Yeah I am pretty sure.

New Paintings!

I know my style is different than most and I really don't follow one certain technique. I enjoy painting and it gives me such a natural high to see something that I created. If my heart swells and I am a little out of breathe when I finish then I know I did my best!

DON'T MAKE MISTAKES....DO IT ON PURPOSE!
