Blogger Awards

Boy do I feel special! I guess awards mean that I must being something right as far as my blog is concerned. It's really become addicting for me.

I enjoy sharing stories about my family and friends. I have a lot of friends and family that read and I love it because some live far away but with just a quick read they know just what our little family of three has been up too. I am writing these blogs more for my family and friends than I realize sometimes. I also try post as many memories as I can for my Potato.

I want to thank Kim at Chubby Cheeks Thinks for the next two awards. She has great giveaways and well her babies are to die for to say the least. She has also started her own little weight loss program and well that is just all inspiring! Please watch her as she reaches her goals and it may help you set your own.

Anyway for this first award I have to share seven things about myself.

1. I am a giver which means I usually get taken advantage of...yikes!
2. I wear my heart on my sleeve so that usually means that I get hurt more often and by the ones closest to me or the ones I struggle to get closer too.
   
3. I am a little adhd(self-diagnosed)!
   
4. I love like no other that is why all my friends call me momma and they mean it!
5. My pet peeve used to be tardiness now its just inconsiderate people with fake personalities.
   
6. I am an overachiever! I (when my adhd doesn't get in the way) always go above and beyond peoples expectations.
7. I am a fighter....meaning no one messes with my family or friends. GRRRR!
   

This next award has been given to me before but still makes me all shiny! I love this award simply because I am definitely not your perky happy blonde(sunshiney) so maybe this is my way of channeling that persona lol. NOT!

My blogger friend Boobies, Babies, & a Blog honored me with the Super Comments Award. Thanks so much girl! If you haven't checked her out she is great and has some fun giveaways.

One of the reasons I started blogging is because I love to interact with people and give my opinion. When I read a blog that I love or really enjoyed reading I try and make a comment. It makes me feel special when someone leaves me comments.

1. What's your dream job?
I would love to be a CEO's assistant. They always have the best perks.

2. Biggest pet peeve?
It used to be tardiness but I have come to realize that with a kid I myself
am late sometimes. Now I just hate when people act concerned and really
couldn't give a damn.

3. Use three words to describe yourself.
Mothering, Giver, Busy
Husband's words- Pain In Ass!

4. Do you sleep on a particular side of the bed?
Right!

5. Biggest turn off in the opposite sex?
Smoker or dipper. But mostly the man that thinks he owns you. Ha! Wrong!

6. What's your biggest guilty pleasure?
Potato kisses!

7. What do you most enjoy blogging about?
My family

8. What's the last good thing you done for someone else?
I picked up DH's prescription for Wally. Does that count?

9. Do you have special vacation plans for this summer?
Not really. Kinda laying low....saving for a house.

Yes

I am so excited that Gina at The Ish Blog chose to honor me with such a great reward. Blogging about my family and life has really turned my life around. I feel like I get a lot off my chest and am able to leave something behind that Clayton will treasure when he gets older.

My family is truly my one true happiness. They are the reason that I get up each morning and am able to make it through the day. I love my DH so much and appreciate that he take scare of me so well. If you knew or know Potato then you would understand how he could make your life worth living. I am blessed that God saw fit to give him to us and each day is an adventure.

Sunshine Award!

Big thanks go out to my friend Gina. She has honored me with my first reward and I could not wait to pass along the happiness. Gina has a hot mess of a little boy, Ish. I love reading her blog because not only does she have at least one post a week about free things but its always funny to read how the King is running his household. I don't follow to many blogs because I am very new and love searching and reading about every ones life adventures. The following blogs have got me through the past few months and kept a smile on my face.

1.) Kristen at The Wilson's, this woman is true blue and full of incredible advise about life and babies. She has the cutest, fattest, hunk of chunk.

2.) Stephanie at Adventures of the Brummett Bunch, I joke and call this woman "SUPER MOM" but in all honesty I don't know how she is able to run after two beautiful twins girls, two preteen boys, and a hubby. I mean I would lose my mind!
